Delete from inside the app
If you can still sign in, the quickest route is in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Use the form below if you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed.
Request deletion here
Enter the email address on your account. We'll send you a link to confirm it's really you — this protects your account from someone else requesting its deletion. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: username, display name, bio, photo, and email address
- Your streams, stream history, and recorded stream statistics
- Followers and following relationships
- Chat messages, comments, and likes you posted
- Gifts you sent or received, as personal records
- Any unspent coin balance and unclaimed earnings — these are forfeited and cannot be refunded
- Your saved payout accounts (bank details, PayPal address)
- Devices registered for push notifications
What we have to keep, and for how long
A small amount of data has to survive deletion because the law requires it. None of it is used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.
- Transaction and purchase records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes — retained for 6 years, unlinked from your profile and reduced to the amount, date, and reference
- Records of payouts already made to you, for the same reason and the same period
- The deletion request itself, as proof we honoured it
- Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you (for example total viewer counts on a stream)
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. Your account cannot be restored, and your username may become available to someone else.
- Coins are not refundable.Withdraw any earnings you're eligible for before requesting deletion — an unspent balance is forfeited.
- Coins bought through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy, not ours.
