Blaq Coins are virtual credits used for permitted digital interactions inside BLAQapp. Gifts are virtual items eligible users send to eligible creators.
Blaq Coins: virtual credits purchased by eligible users for permitted BLAQapp digital interactions.
Gifts: virtual items eligible users send to eligible creators during a stream.
Creator Rewards: the internal reward balance credited under an authorized creator program.
You must be 18 or over to buy Coins, send Gifts or receive rewards.
Availability depends on your country, your account standing and any required verification.
Recharging means buying a Coin package for your BLAQapp balance. It is separate from the earnings a creator can withdraw.
Open the Coin balance or recharge option in your BLAQapp wallet.
Choose a Coin package and review the number of Coins and the total price shown before paying.
Complete the purchase using the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android.
After the purchase is confirmed, check your Coin balance and transaction history before trying another purchase.
On iOS, Coins are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase where required.
On Android, Coins are purchased through Google Play Billing where required.
Package quantity and storefront price are shown before you complete a purchase.
Coins and Gifts are digital items or limited licences within BLAQapp. They are not bank deposits, securities or general-purpose money, and they cannot be sold or transferred outside authorized BLAQapp functionality.
Coins purchased through the App Store do not expire during ordinary use of your account.
During an eligible livestream, open the Gifts panel and choose a Gift.
Review its Coin cost and make sure your balance is enough before sending.
Sending the Gift uses Coins from your balance. Eligible creators receive rewards under the creator program; this is not a direct transfer of your Coin balance.
Check the purchase status and receipt in your App Store or Google Play account, then check your BLAQapp balance and transaction history. Do not repeatedly purchase the same package while a payment is pending. If you were charged and the Coins are missing, contact [email protected] with your BLAQapp account email, purchase date and store order reference. Never send a password or full payment-card details.
A Gift is a digital interaction. It does not buy ownership, services, or a direct cash transfer from you to a creator.
The price you pay for a Gift and the value credited to a creator are not necessarily the same.
App-store purchases remain subject to Apple and Google refund processes and applicable consumer law.
Unauthorized purchases, duplicates, fraud, chargebacks and reversed transactions are handled case by case.
We do not apply a blanket no-refunds rule.
If you delete your account, any remaining coin balance is forfeited and is not refundable, and unclaimed earnings are forfeited with it. Withdraw any eligible finalized earnings before you request deletion.
Deletion is permanent and your account cannot be restored.
Coins bought through Google Play remain governed by Google Play's refund policy, not ours.
A limited set of transaction and payout records is retained for 6 years where the law requires it, unlinked from your profile and reduced to the amount, date and reference.

Gift farming, refund abuse and ranking manipulation.
