LIVE is BLAQapp's core feature, so hosts, co-hosts, guests and viewers each have specific responsibilities on top of the Community Guidelines.
You must be 18 or over to host or co-host a stream.
Age information you provide must be truthful.
We may require age or identity verification for higher-risk features.
If you are hosting, the broadcast is yours.
You are responsible for your stream, the guests you invite, displayed media, background activity and any third-party music or content.
You must remove guests or stop activity that breaks policy.
Use the host controls (mute, remove guest, end stream) when something goes wrong.
Sexual activity or exploitation, and any sexualization of minors.
Dangerous acts, credible threats, hate, severe harassment, criminal facilitation, scams or unlawful commerce.
Unauthorized rebroadcasting of movies, TV, sports, concerts or subscription programming.
Coercive gifting, fake giveaways, gifts exchanged for sexual or personal access, or manipulation of minors.
Under-18 users may not host or co-host. Grooming, sexualization or exploitation concerns are escalated immediately and preserved for the appropriate authorities.
Only eligible users may purchase, send or receive gifts.
Gifts do not buy sexual services, off-platform contact, guaranteed outcomes, or control over a creator.
Report a LIVE, report a user, and block from inside the stream.
Hosts can mute or remove guests; moderators can mute or remove viewers.
Keyword filtering where available.
Staff can terminate a stream immediately and apply temporary or permanent LIVE restrictions.
Low severity: warning, or a content or feature restriction.
High severity: immediate LIVE termination, suspension, demonetization or permanent ban.
Child exploitation or credible imminent danger: evidence preserved and escalated appropriately.
