BLAQapp is a place to create, watch, connect and participate in live culture. These guidelines apply to everyone, and to all content and activity, including livestreams, profiles, comments, messages, usernames, images, videos, gifts and creator activity.
We remove content that threatens or promotes harm.
No credible threats, incitement, or instructions for violent wrongdoing.
No glorification of attacks, or graphic violence intended mainly to shock.
Documentary, news and educational context is allowed only where it does not facilitate harm.
No attacks, dehumanization, exclusion, threats or calls for violence based on protected characteristics.
Hateful symbols and ideology are treated differently in education, documentary context or counterspeech.
No targeted abuse, sexual harassment, threats, coordinated harassment, doxxing or degrading attacks.
Stronger protections apply to minors and private individuals.
No sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sextortion, sexual services or explicit sexual activity.
Absolutely no sexualization of minors, in any form or context.
Adult nudity, artistic context, and sexually suggestive content are handled under defined limits.
No encouragement or instruction for suicide, self-harm or eating-disorder behaviour.
No dangerous challenges likely to cause serious injury.
Recovery and support discussion is permitted where it does not provide harmful instruction.
No unlawful sale or facilitation of controlled drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen goods, or trafficking.
Jurisdiction-specific restrictions apply to alcohol, tobacco, gambling and other age-restricted goods.
No phishing, fake investments, deceptive giveaways or impersonation for fraud.
No gift manipulation or chargeback abuse.
No bots, fake engagement, click farms, or artificial inflation of followers, views, likes or gifts.
Do not publish private addresses, passwords, financial details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information without authorization.
Do not threaten to expose private information.
Parody and fan accounts are allowed when clearly labelled.
Deceptive impersonation of people, brands or BLAQapp staff is prohibited.
Paid or sponsored relationships must be disclosed where applicable.
You must have the rights to music, video, images, broadcasts and other material you upload or stream. See the Copyright & Intellectual Property page for how to file or respond to a notice.
No repetitive unsolicited content, malicious links or mass spam.
No fake accounts, enforcement evasion, or recommendation and engagement manipulation.
Depending on what happened, we may issue a warning, remove content, reduce distribution, age-restrict, interrupt a LIVE, restrict features, demonetize, suspend or permanently ban an account, or refer a matter to authorities. Severity, context, intent, history and risk of harm all affect the outcome.
