01

What you may stream

You must own, or have permission or a licence for, videos, photographs, music, artwork, logos, broadcasts and other protected material.

Paying to watch a sports, TV or music service does not give you the right to rebroadcast it.

02

Filing a copyright notice

To report infringement, send us:

Your contact details.

Identification of the protected work.

The exact content or account identifier on BLAQapp.

An explanation of your rights in the work.

A good-faith statement, a confirmation of accuracy and authority, and your signature or equivalent.

03

Active live infringement

If a livestream is infringing while it is happening, use the expedited reporting route so moderators can review and interrupt the stream quickly. Reporting from inside the stream gets it to the right queue fastest.

Send copyright notices to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright notice”.

04

Counter-notices and disputes

Where legally appropriate, you can challenge a mistaken removal and provide evidence that you were authorized to use the material.

05

Repeat infringers

We track substantiated infringements. Repeat abuse escalates to LIVE restrictions and, where warranted, account termination.

06

Trademark and other IP

Trademark impersonation, counterfeit reports and other intellectual property complaints are handled separately; contact us with the details of your rights and the content concerned.
