Child-safety matters must be sent to [email protected]. General user support goes to [email protected].
The requesting agency and the officer's identity and contact details.
The legal authority relied on.
Specific account identifiers: username, email or account ID.
The categories of data sought and the relevant date range.
Appropriate authorization and signature.
Where there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, use the emergency path and mark the request clearly. Emergency requests are reviewed on an expedited basis.
We accept preservation requests and will preserve relevant records for the period permitted by law while valid legal process is obtained.
Every request is reviewed for validity, scope and jurisdiction. Overly broad or unclear requests may be narrowed or returned for clarification.
We notify affected users about requests for their data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so, or where notice would create a risk of harm.
We can only provide data that BLAQapp actually retains. We do not hold full payment card details, which are handled by the app stores and payment providers.
